Ornamental Hair Sticks

A set of three black-lacquered wooden hair sticks comprising a kogai and two kogai-type ichidome (wagedome).


Two of these hair sticks are decorated with birds flying over grasses and with a mountain-and-boat scene with seabirds overhead, each with inlaid coral beads. A single ichidome is inlaid with silver studs.
