Silver Half Dirham Coin of Ayyubid Sultan al-Kamil Muhammad I

Silver half dirham coin struck in Damascus, Syria by Ayyubid Sultan al-Kamil Muhammad I (reign 1218-1238). Both sides of the coin show two lines of text within a squared double frame of lines and pearls contained within a circle, creating four half-circle-shaped spaces on each side of the square in which more text is arranged.
